Reality check – favorite Tahoe South wedding photos

When you page through a bridal magazine or browse a wedding planning website, 99.9% of the photos are staged. The brides and grooms are models, probably total strangers, and the locations are unbookable places. How about some real inspiration for a change?

The pics that follow are some of our favorites. We’re not naming names to protect the privacy of the brides and grooms. But they are real people, creatively “shot” by some of the many talented Tahoe South photographers.

The backdrops introduce only a few of the actual and amazing venues here. Contact the wedding coordinator/event planner at any of them for more information. Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority is also a great resource for picture-perfect locations and photographers who can capture the memories there.
